When we are doing the business so it is necessary or important to perform the business activity accorging to the Ethics .
Because rules and regulations is must when we are doing some business .

In business organisation we have to do all the work with the Ethics in our mind . Not only in business organization but in life also and each and every step Ethics is must .
If we talk about in the profession so in profession also all the legal terms is required suppose if we take a example of a lawyer so if the lawyer do his work in the legal way so this comes in the Ethics but if the lawyer do the work illegal so this comes is not come in the Ethics .

So Ethics is must in an organisation .
So while doing the business each and every point rules and regulations is followed .......
