Change is the way of the world. Changes occur at all times, some occur without warning and some can be anticipated. Indications point to a possibility that all small shops will eventually given way to.giant shopping complexes because it will satisfy today's customer. The market grows according to the needs, whims and fancies of the consumer who is said to be the undisputed king of a free market economy. It is for the seller to get the pulse of the consumer. We as consumers spend our hard earned money towards purchasing goods and services and it become our right to obtain maximum satisfaction from the money we spend. Thus consumer right awareness becomes the best guarantee towards this end. Advertisements, at time are misleading. There are many problems that consumer might have to face in the purchase, use and consumption of goods and services.
